A Fantastic Condition Danish Military Model 1772 Heavy Dragoon Flintlock Holster Pistol, circa. 1770's. 13" .70 cal. steel barrel w/remnants of PROOF mark on the left side of breech; #'44' and 'B N' engraved on the tang. Lock marked; w/a maker's mark struck on lock plate partially visible between the leafs of the frizzen spring ? stamped in between the frizzen spring. Original flint. Correct brass regulation furniture that has a very pleasing mustard patina stamped '44'. Stock is solid w/minor scratches and dings from years of service. 20.5" overall length. In good working mechanical order.
